When we told him that we will pay only legally valid amount including fines , he become very angry and threatened to will not cut the tkt and start calling RPF.

When RPF guy came, he helped us to get a 3rd AC tkt at price of (880+440+50)=₹1370

When we informed him the situation, TC directly asked us to pay ₹2200 from ANVT to SLN.

When we asked why this much amount, he replied, pay those amounts or leave the train at next station(GZB). His behaviour was very rude and intolerable.

In my case PNR 2344692726, my brother was travelling on my mother’s tkt. We weren’t aware of rule that if anyone is travelling on his family member tkt, he has to 1st transfer the tkt on his name before 24hrs.

This is a complaint against a TC Mr. Ashok Kumar in train No. 14014 which was running from ANVT to SLN on 22/10/2022.
He was just looting the ordinary public who don’t have valid tickets and threatened them to imprison.

15989628059069277W, When @JioMart failed to delivered order as per provided delivery date then why not provide the cancel order option at least customer can cancel order and get refund?
