@rotimatic I am having hard time to find help on my newly purchased rotimatic Next. After paying $1800 for the machine, I am not able use for past 1 month. It took 3 months to get the machine delivered before that. Now support keeps scheduling call and cancelled it.

@airindiain @airindiain since this ticket was taken over by you, travel agent won’t have access to it anymore. They are suggesting to call you and no one is picking call.
Now after sending family member over we are told by your ground staff they won’t help nor refund in very rude manner. You lost the customer forever @airindiain
@airindiain @TataCompanies@RNTata2000 Can you please help with connecting international flight? Air India cancelled all flights from NGP to DEL and asking female passenger to go Delhi a day in advance. They are not shifting to Indigo flight which is there.
@airindiain @airindiain @RNTata2000 the rescheduled flight also cancelled and we are back to square one now. The only reason we bought tickets was because of name Tata associated now. Please don’t spoil it.
@airindiain @RNTata2000 Funny how the Air India updated schedule for our flight coz they cancelled connecting flight on 27th. Any takers to make these two flights?
@airindiain I worked with customer care to get my flight changed. Unfortunately I did pay extra to get weekend flight while booking which is now moved to weekday. This is one way of making money by @airindiain . Costed $600 extra for weekend business class flight which does not exist now.
@airindiain Thank you. I did speak to social media rep from Air India. Unfortunately he didn't have any access to get my connecting flights corrected. He asked me to talk to SFO Airport which I tried but no one picks up call at 001-650-821-8831. So currently on hold with customer care.
@lufthansa@lufthansa I believe you didn’t understand the concern of customer care and empathy here.. I am least bothered about compensation as no one can give cost of spoiling lifetime experience..
@lufthansa would be great if you can help me understand what one should do if promised window of 24 hours luggage delivery is also missing... worst is they ask for filing for compensation than trying to be empathetic towards situation..
