@nch1915 @amazonIN delivery agent fraudulently marked the order as "delivered" on 8th jan. I have been following up with Amazon cust seruvuce since then but so far no resolution. They are simply seating on a order worth 4000+ rs. Now asking time till 15th to find out.

@amazonIN I think you are taking customers for granted. Your delivery is getting inefficient day by day. My order has not been delivered but masked "delivered" within 15 min of marking it "out for delivery". And its been more than a day and your customer serivce has no clue.
