@CarrierIndia We had placed 44 units of cassette AC order with Carrier back in January for our new office. After 5 months of placing an order, we are being told it would still take them one more month to deliver the ACs outdoors and grills.

@carrier Cont... Our interior team is unable to do the final touch-up only because the AC installation is not complete and we are not even receiving appropriate responses. I would suggest not going with the carrier brand.
