@the_eatfit I placed an order on July 20 for paneer dish. I am vegetarian. I was sent chicken! I emailed them, raises a complaint but till now no response or apologies or refund. Serving meat to a veg person and absolutely declining to admit mistake.
@the_eatfit An absolutely shameless deed. They send chicken in place of chicken. The least they could do is apologize and refund. None so far. Can they be so careless in India to serve non-veg to us vegetarians?
@the_eatfit A further 16 days since this incident. I got a call from Eatfit apologising for this and assuring me that i will get my money back. Still nothing! This is shameful behavior. Serving non-veg food when i ordered vegetarian and absolutely pathetic attitude since.
@SamsungIndia please pick up the faulty junk refrigerator from my residence. It’s not worked a single day since i@bought it on May 17. Samsung officials declared it Dead on arrival. Can you at least pick up the refrigerator as it is not more than a piece of junk right now?
Can I request Samsung to at least pick up the new junk refrigerator from my home. Houses in Delhi aren’t so big that I give so much space to a junk refrigerator.
@SamsungIndia I bought a Samsung refrigerator on May 17. Samsung declared it dead on arrival after me chasing them day and night for 2 weeks. Samsung agreed to refund money but now no contact with them. No response from Samsung now. 1177100733 complain number.
Samsung customer support has been really terrible. Each time you call and you explain the issue all over again. Takes 20 minutes per call. If someone from “Samsung office” they ring your number and then disconnect. And then close the issue. Really pathetic service!
