@UnionBankTweets visited Gopalganj branch to update KYC but the branch was opened but the main entrance of bank was closed and locked and no one was allowed to even enter bank, all service shut up on the name of election training. Is this fair ?

@sbigeneral very bad insurance purchasing experience with your company. Paid for policy on 21-12-24 but still policy not received and your fraud sales executive stopped replying to the queries. Also after complaint to customer care 15 days have passed but no resolution provided.

@UnionBankTweets worse mobile banking experience with vyom app. App not working after KYC update. Again asking for KYC. Trash app and trash banking experience, either mail to Custmer care is not delivering , they are blocked automatically by the bank’s end.
