TDS statement filed one week ago is still shown as "Pending For Processing" in the statement status but the same is shown as "Processed" in the dashboard. We're unable to generate and issue Form 16 and 16A.

I'm proud that I'm in traditional practice and do file ITR. I also do GST Compliance. I also play the role of Tax Auditor and Statutory Auditor.

I'm MSME. I might be managing Proprietorship or a small firm.

Whatever has happened with ITR should not happen with TAR.

A fake news is in circulation stating that the due of filing ITRs (originally due on 31.07.2025, and extended to 15.09.2025) has been further extended to 30.09.2025.

✅ The due date for filing ITRs remains 15.09.2025.

Taxpayers are advised to rely only on official @IncomeTaxIndia updates.

Infosys - ITR utilities couldn't be released

FM : Date extended to 15.09.2025

CA's & Tax Professionals : Portal isn't working, couldn't download AIS, multiple error while login & filling.

FM : Utilities are already released, we had already extended the date to 15.09.2025 when we couldn't release the Utility.

CA's & Tax Professionals: But the portal isn't responding how can we file ITR, we are facing issues. Lakhs of professional manhours are being wasted.

If you are planning to give extension for TAR, please make it at least 2 months.

We neither have the energy nor the intention to fight with you for extensions again & again.

Compliance deserves dignity.
