@IndiGo6E Got a call from Indigo at 10 in the night for apology for inconvenience. Is that all @DGCAIndia There were more than 150 passengers on the flight. Is there no action to be taken?

@DGCAIndia Indigo Flight 6E 357 on 25th Dec delayed by more than 5 hrs. No meals or refreshment from @IndiGo6E no arrangements for food on flight even with payment. Elderly passengers made to suffer without proper food from 5am to 3pm till flight landed as no intimation of delay

@IndiGo6E did not take into account the fact that passengers who have come to airport at 5 AM in the morning for 7 AM flight would need some food or drinks if they are going to spend 7 hours at the airport. @DGCAIndia - can any action be taken?
