@AirIndiaX Booked Business class in early morning flight to sleep n travel comfortably. But reached tired n sleep deprived at my destination. Will that refund compensate for that. @AirIndiaX

Booked for Business class on Air India Express and Web Check in also done in Business but changed to Economy at the last minute due to Aircraft change. Money refund for Business is not the solution, Business was booked for comfort. @AirIndiaX Not booking AIX again

Worst experience on Air India flight. Menu card offers 3 options but only offered Indian Premium economy Veg or Indian Economy Non veg. Flight entertainment Vista also didn't work for majority of flight. @airindia No complaints with Cabin crew. Also no announcements from Captain.
