In my opinion, throwing more money at the situation doesn't change anything. It doesn't stop the locals from paying local security firms to drive around and patrol, it simply adds to the pressure on police forces to not really end up doing much.

Educating the groups of people where see the most antisemitism can have a direct effect, teaching the younger generation- rather than their elders

To stop this, there needs to be major consequences for those orchestrating antisemitism via protests and all the other hateful places we have experienced this.
There needs to be education for other groups of people on the history and current events in the world.
