I bought a Carrier air conditioner through Amazon which was leakage Outdoor I asked for replacement or return but it has been 15 days They are not coming for pickup. I am getting harassed for a long time and neither are they giving refund nor are they coming for return @JeffBezos

@AmazonHelp They mentioned but nobody come that particular time and pickup denied, when i call or chat they reschedule date and time but same thing nobody come for pickup

@AmazonHelp They r gave only suggestions not solutions. When return cancel the gave next date to pickup and the date will come nobody come to pickup order and return cancel, then call they says sorry can I reschedule next date for pickup what is this nonsense
