@flyspicejet The staff could have also offered me an upgrade. A better way to upsell rather than force me to pay for 3kgs. Better experiences are a craft. But you just lost a customer for the future.

There is a new scam @flyspicejet has started which is ridiculous. They are asking passengers 2 weigh their bags at d gate along with hand bgs and if d weight is more they don't provide an option 2 snd it as checkedin luggage but are asking to pay money. @DGCAIndia #darkpatttern

@flyspicejet Given that checkin luggage was already charged for and unused, the least the ground staff could have helped me with was offer to board my luggage as checkin. But from the very beginning the experience clearly felt like it was designed to make me pay.

What is even more ridiculous is the selective way in which they ask people to do this rather than making it equal for every one. I am done with such practices and definitely not flying spicejet going forward. #fail
