I have problem with your delivery partner E kart . They delivery agent has automatically shifted the date of delivery as he don’t want to deliver at my door step as the lift was not working.I there any policy is with you so that they can’t deliver .

I am facing problem to connect to the loan department team , every time i call customer care they take 10-15 minutes to connect and they give excuses that our loan team is busy they will connect 24-48 WH.
