विभाजन के समय चाचाजी को तपती रेत में जिंदा दफना दिया था मुसलमानों में।

‘विभाजन की विभीषिका’ श्रृंखला में आज एक ऐसी दर्दनाक आपबीती, जो 1947 के विभाजन की त्रासदी और उस दौर की हिंसा की भयावह तस्वीर सामने लाती है।

मियांवाली नगर, पाकिस्तान के गणपतराय सतीजा बताते हैं कि विभाजन के समय उनके चाचाजी करीब 30 वर्ष के थे।

उनके अनुसार, एक दिन दोपहर में कुछ लोगों ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया और इस्लाम कबूल कर मुसलमान बनने के लिए कहा।

चाचाजी ने इनकार करते हुए कहा कि वह मुसलमान नहीं बनेंगे, गणपतराय सतीजा के मुताबिक, इसके बाद उन्हें तपती रेत में जिंदा दफना दिया गया।

यह सिर्फ एक परिवार की कहानी नहीं, बल्कि उन अनगिनत लोगों की पीड़ा की याद है, जिन्होंने 1947 के विभाजन के दौरान अपना घर, परिवार और अपनों को खोया।

विभाजन की विभीषिका, एक ऐसा दर्द, जिसे इतिहास कभी भुला नहीं सकता।

THIS IS ILLEGAL? And who has taken the decision to deny these dogs access to food?

This is a DDA colony where community dogs have coexisted peacefully with residents for years. Despite this, a blanket prohibition has now been issued, and the new RWA leadership is also restricting their feeding.

I have been feeding and taking care of these dogs for over a decade. Earlier, the gates were briefly opened during feeding time so that dogs could come in, eat, and return to their usual spots. A few elderly and very timid dogs who could not step out were fed inside. Now, however, the gates are being kept shut at feeding time. The dogs are unable to come out to eat, and we are being prevented from feeding them. At the same time, no regular feeder is permitted to feed dogs inside the colony too. The idea is to get rid of the community dogs. Really !!!

These animals are vulnerable, and this sudden restriction places their safety and wellbeing at serious risk.

Immediate intervention is needed to ensure that no animal is left to suffer due to arbitrary restrictions and that humane feeding access is restored without delay.

Norman Dixson of Griffin, Georgia bred and trained dogs to fight for years. He kept them on heavy chains in filth, ran them on treadmills, filmed the bloodshed, and recorded dead dogs hanging by their necks. He sold the puppies on Facebook for the same evil.

He also stole over $170,000 in pandemic relief money to fund his lifestyle.

On August 7 a federal judge gave him two years in prison, three years supervised release, and ordered $171,069 in restitution. He is banned from owning dogs.

Two years is light for pure evil like this. At least the dogs are free of him now.
