@zomato The amout of the order was less than ₹200.
With all evidence, they could have easily resolved the issue by replacing the item ordered or refunding.
Instead they kept on arguing through numerous emails.
Wasting my and their time.

@sanket In Delhi NCR, a lot of people break the traffic rules with impunity. They know they can get away, as they know or related to, some policeman/ politician.
The moment they are caught, they call some influential on mobile, policeman talks to them, then permits to leave without fine

ओल्ड फरीदाबाद के मार्केट में सारे दुकानदार अपनी दुकान में झाड़ू लगा कर , सारा कचरा सीधा बीच सड़क पर फेंक देते हैं। यहां हर वक़्त, हर तरफ कचरा नज़र आता है।
बाद में म्युनिसिपालिटी की सफाई कर्मचारी, झाड़ू से उस कचरे को इकट्ठा करती है।
इन्हें शायद कूड़ेदान के बारे में कुछ पता नहीं।🤬

When it developed a problem, They kept on giving various alibis, didn't do anything.
