उसने अपना पूरा एक साल खो दिया, दिन-रात मेहनत की और अगले साल और मजबूत वापसी करते हुए AIR 53 हासिल की। इसके बावजूद उसे अपने सपनों के कॉलेज IIT Madras में दाखिला नहीं मिल सका।

ज़रा उन कटऑफ्स को देखिए—किसी आरक्षित वर्ग के छात्र को 10,000 के आसपास की रैंक पर भी सीट मिल सकती है, जबकि कहीं अधिक प्रतिभाशाली और मेहनती छात्र को वर्षों का नुकसान उठाना पड़ सकता है। यह व्यवस्था कितनी उचित है, इस पर गंभीरता से विचार होना चाहिए।

अगर भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनना है, तो योग्यता और उत्कृष्टता को अधिक प्राथमिकता देनी होगी। हम प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों के वर्षों को बर्बाद नहीं कर सकते।
योग्यता की जीत होनी चाहिए।

My Facebook got suspended by @Meta for posting reels that are entirely mine. I am told there is some blackmailing gang who takes advantage of some glitch, they backdate downloaded reel, upload it, ask for a ransom and then in three strikes, it vanishes.

@facebook doesn’t give any human review. Their AI is unable to see that a person who posted 200 reels with his face. Same with @Instagram.

A case is pending with HC as multiple individuals have been a victim of this.

बहुत लोगों को आरक्षण हटाओ नाम से समस्या है। इसे अव्यावहारिक और मूर्खतापूर्ण भी कहा गया। लेकिन किसी भी आंदोलन की शुरुआत बड़े लक्ष्य से होती है। हमारा उद्देश्य तत्काल आरक्षण समाप्त करना नहीं, बल्कि वर्तमान स्वरूप की आरक्षण व्यवस्था पर राष्ट्रीय चर्चा शुरू करना है।

मैं स्वयं कई बार कह चुका हूँ कि मौजूदा परिस्थितियों में आरक्षण हटाना संभव नहीं है। फिर भी इस आंदोलन का समर्थन इसलिए है कि ��ब तक समाज इस ��िषय पर खुलकर बात नहीं करेगा, तब तक कोई राजनीतिक दल भी इसे मुद्दा नहीं बनाएगा। यदि लाखों लोग अपने परिवार और समाज में इस पर चर्चा शुरू करें, तो संसद और विधानसभाओं तक भी यह विषय पहुँच सकता है।

पहला कदम यही है कि आँकड़ों और तथ्यों पर चर्चा हो। क्या आरक्षण का सबसे बड़ा लाभ कुछ ही प्रभावशाली जातियों तक सीमित रह गया है? पिछले 70 वर्षों में वास्तविक लाभ किसे मिला? जिन समुदायों की सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति ���दल चुकी है, उनकी समीक्षा क्यों नहीं होती? इन प्रश्नों पर बात होना आवश्यक है।

यदि “आरक्षण हटाओ” शब्द से आपत्ति है, तो इसे “Reservation Reforms” या “वर्तमान स्वरूप की आरक्षण व्यवस्था में सुधार” भी कहा जा सकता है। हमारा उद्देश्य व्यवस्था की समीक्षा और सुधार है।

इसी तरह जाति हटाओ का अर्थ यह नहीं कि जाति एक दिन में समाप्त हो जाएगी। लेकिन जातिवाद पर चर्चा तो होनी ही चाहिए। अपनी पहचान पर गर्व अलग बात है, लेकिन उसी के आधार पर दूसरों को हीन समझना जातिवाद है।

EWS को पूर्ण समाधान नहीं माना जा सकता। यदि आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्र को पढ़ाई के लिए कर्ज लेना पड़े और वर्षों तक उसे चुकाना पड़े, तो व्यवस्था की प्रभावशीलता पर सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है।

हमारा मत है कि प्राथमिक शिक्षा तक वंचित वर्गों को पूरा सहयोग मिले। लेकिन उच्च शिक्षा और प्रतिस्पर्धी चयन की व्यवस्था में वर्तमान आरक्षण मॉडल की समीक्षा होनी चाहिए। यदि सहायता दी जाए, तो उसका आधार वास्तविक आर्थिक और सामाजिक वंचना हो, न कि केवल जाति।

आरक्षण पर चर्चा किसी भी पार्टी को असहज करेगी, और अब वही करना पड़ेगा। पटरी उ��ाड़ कर आरक्षित हो जाना, सामाजिक न्याय नहीं, राजनैतिक गिरोहबाज़ी है। अब जबकि प्रताड़ित वर्ग इस पर लामबंद हो रहा है, तो सत्ता के चाटुकारों को समस्या होने लगी है कि ये 'मूर्खता' है।

UGC, NEET, CBSE पर बोलना भी सबको मूर्खता और षड्यंत्र ही लग रहा था, फिर एक भीड़ आई, आप पर थूका और आपको चाटना पड़ा। अंततः, हुआ वही जो हम आपको बता रहे थे।

अब आरक्षण पर भी एक संगठित, सघन और गंभीर चर्चा होगी। इसके चक्कर में चुनावों पर असर पड़ना चाहिए कि कौन इन विषयों पर चर्चा से भाग रहे हैं, कौन इसे नकार रहे हैं, और कौन एक ही श्वास में 'विकसित भारत' और निजी क्षेत्र में आरक्षण ढूँढ रहे हैं।

अब मुझे यह मैटर नहीं करता कि कौन सत्ता में है और किसको होना चाहिए, मैंने पिछले 7 महीनों में जो देखा और फिर गत शनिवार को जो हुआ, उस से में आश्वस्त हूँ कि बिखरा हुआ, बिका हुआ नैरेटिव काम नहीं आता। सत्ता में रहने या निकाले जाने की चिंता राजनैतिक दलों को होनी चाहिए, आम नागरिक को नहीं।

आरक्षण की पूर्ण समाप्ति लक्ष्य है, जो की संविधान का भी लक���ष्य है, तो हम तो वही कर रहे हैं जो संविधान निर्माताओं ने सोचा था। ठीक है, समय सीमा नहीं थी, पर OBC आरक्षण भी तो नहीं था? उस समय के वंचित-पीड़ित-शोषित यदि आज भी वंचित-पीड़ित-शोषित ही हैं, तो इस पर सर्वेक्षण होना चाहिए कि तथाकथित सामाजिक न्याय तक पहुँचने के लिए कोई और मार्ग है क्या?

मेरा उद्देश्य प्रथम चरण में चर्चा का है, सरकार से इस पर संसद में आँकड़े रखवाने का है कि किस जाति समूह कि किन जातियों में कितनों को ��रक्षण मिला, उनकी आर्थिक और सामाजिक स्थिति क्या है, उन्हीं जाति समूहों में कौन ऐसे लोग हैं जो अभी तक घिसट कर जीने को विवश हैं?

सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों में कितने लोग आर्थिक रूप से विपन्न हैं, उनके लिए सरकार की क्या नीतियाँ हैं, उन्हें फॉर्म भरने से ले कर हॉस्टल और कोर्स की फीस में छूट क्यों नहीं है? यदि आरक्षण EWS से दिया है तो यह इतना घटिया रूप में क्यों है कि निर्धन सामान्य वर्ग का विद्यार्थी लोन चु���ाने में ही जवानी खपा देता है?

इसके बाद, हर राजनैतिक व्यक्ति को, दल को हम चुनावों के समय पूछेंगे कि उन्हें सामान्य वर्ग वोट क्यों दे? उनका मेरिट को ले कर क्या स्टैंड है, विकसित भारत में मेरिट की कितनी जगह है और शिक्षा व्यवस्था में आरक्षण के कारण राष्ट्र को कब तक नकारात्मक दिशा में ले जाया जाता रहेगा?

यही आरम्भ है, और यदि आवश्यकता पड़ी तो हम और भी विकल्प देखेंगे। हमें इस से अब मतलब नहीं है कि कौन ��� जाएगा तो क्या हो जाएगा, उसका लोड वो लें जिनकी ��िधायकी और सांसदी जाएगी। हमें अपने बच्चों और इस समाज की चिंता हैं। हम बस अपने हिस्से की चिंता कर रहे हैं।

We are a responsible journalism group, and while reporting, we strictly adhere to journalistic ethics. Our investigations are based on RTIs, internal documents, online research, and by connecting multiple sources of information. We verify and cross verify everything, and often consult experts as well.
