Troubling news from Karnataka.

During the SIR, 3,757 deletion applications targeting voters in just two constituencies - Babaleshwar and Bhalki - were filed by only 38 people in the final 48 hours before the deadline.

Both of these constituencies are Congress strongholds, and these applications targeted mostly Muslims, along with a smaller number of people appearing to belong to the Madar Scheduled Caste.

What makes this particularly concerning is the procedure:

A voter whose inclusion is challenged is not automatically entitled to a hearing.

Under the rules, a designated officer can accept or reject a Form 7 objection without an inquiry, unless an inquiry is specifically demanded in writing before the objection is accepted.

In other words, a name can potentially be struck off without the voter ever being heard.

This is not just a conspiracy against the Congress party but every voter of this country.

चुनाव आयोग ने जुलाई 2026 में चोरी-छिपे फॉर्म 6A में एक जरूरी सेक्शन जोड़ दिया, जिसमें यह जानकारी मांगी जाती है कि आपके माता-पिता और दादा-दादी कहां के वोटर थे।

जबकि Representation of the People Act चुनाव आयोग को फॉर्म 6A में इस तरह का कोई बदलाव करने का अधिकार नहीं देता।

जो चुनाव आयोग स्वयं अल्पमत में है, उसने SIR का तीसरा चरण कराकर 13 करोड़ 80 लाख मतदाताओं को वोट देने की प्रक्रिया से बाहर कर दिया, जो बेहद दुखद है।

दो चुनाव आयुक्त लगातार कह रहे थे कि यह गैरकानूनी है, उन्होंने कहा कि नए वोटरों को जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया आसान बनाई जानी चाहिए।

लेकिन ज्ञानेश कुमार लगातार लोकतांत्रिक और संवैधानिक कानून का मजाक बनाते रहे और वोट चोरी करते रहे।

जिस सीमांचल में घुसपैठिया होने का हव्वा खड़ा किया, वहां विदेशी होने के नाम पर सिर्फ 3 लोग पाए गए।

SIR के बाद सामने आया कि राज्य में 1 करोड़ से ऊपर फर्जी पते दर्ज हैं। फिर SIR किया क्यों?

जवाब है - वोट चोरी के लिए। फर्जी वोटर बनाने के लिए। SIR वोट चोरी का कानूनी और संगठित रूप था। संवैधानिक डकैती।

❓Has the SIR been approved to be conducted across the country?

On July 28, 2025, RTI activist @AnjaliB_ sought copies of the files through which the ECI had approved the decision to initiate SIR across the country.

The matter went all the way to the First Appellate Authority - the Principal Secretary of the ECI.

His written response is extraordinary:

“The Commission has so far not taken any decision on initiating a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) across the country in 2025.”

❓So where is the order approving a nationwide SIR?

There is no order. At least, according to the ECI, no such decision had been taken - and therefore no such record existed.

That raises a very basic question:

If the Commission has not taken the decision, who did?
