Glad to share that I was awarded 2nd prize in Asian Journal of International Law Young Scholars Prize 2019 in recently concluded #AsianSIL conference 2019 for my paper “Non Precluded Measures Provisions in Bilateral Invetsment Treaty of South Asian Countries”.
An excellent opportunity for the early & mid career teachers of international law to think about Asian 'cities'. The ISIL's first Writing workshop on Asian Cities & International Law will be held on 13 Dec 2025 at Delhi! Mark your calendars!

@pranjan12781 i hv argued in my Brooklyn article tht countries may also decide the flow of fdi in a sector and it is not always the market forces. The arg of comparative advantage doesn’t play much role in such situations which has been used to justify external borrowing in mfn.
