The single biggest problem for the United States is that for two weeks they denied several things were even in the MOU while the Iranians stated that they were in. And it ended up with the Iranians being right.

The Iranian speaker went on to say that the Iranians will use the unfrozen funds and oil revenues however they like without restrictions, completely contradicting President Trump.
