1 in 4 members of Congress is over 70. This isn't just an age problem. It's fueled by a 21 year tenure, on average. Term limits would solve both. Repost if you want term limits for Congress.

Murder is a crime. It requires a charge and a conviction. Nine months later there is no charge. The federal account is self-defense. Her family’s lawsuit says otherwise. Neither of those is a verdict, and a member of Congress does not get to skip the court and declare one. You swore an oath to the Constitution. It has a process for this. Prosecute if the evidence supports it. Abolish is a slogan, not a finding.

@4thOfJuly365 You will be missed, here. I get it though, on one hand it is just such a toxic environment, however, free speech a good thing. I would love to be able to conversate with a different opinion without the hatred for not agreeing, but I will take free speech over all else.

Are you having a stroke? Congress only can participate if the Dems are in control? You should read the Constitution of the United States of America. You should then step down and focus your energy towards a citizen government, you know like the one spelled out in the Constitution. Get involved in State government and push for an Article V convention for Congressional term limits. You and most of Congress are toxic, divisive and just plain pathetic!!

If we had a Congress that would put citizens first, that weren't lifelong politicians, that could discuss instead if accuse... here's an idea, be part of the solution instead of the problem. Starting with retire, you've been there WAY to long. Your constituents should have fired you at the polls long ago, but a person of character would have done the right thing and stopped running. 80 to 87% of Americans want congressional term limits... know who doesn't? Congress. Fewer and fewer people care what you have to say. You sound like Charlie Brown's teacher.

Not 30, and not all Nevadans. Nevada Health Link rose 26 percent after the enhanced subsidies expired, and the state just approved 17 percent for 2027. Your own office put some families over 100 percent. That is the exchange, not employer coverage, not Medicaid, not Medicare. The bill did not extend a temporary credit. Say that. Do not average the state into a number the insurance division did not publish.

The poll is KFF, September 2026. Two-thirds favor a government plan when the question is the slogan. KFF also says support falls to about a quarter if people hear about delays, about a third if they hear about taxes, and to 52 percent when told private insurance goes away. You posted the pitch. You skipped the price. That is the same trick as “free.” The bill is in the other pocket.
