Customers are reviewing their receipts and finding the discounts are not being applied

One shopper found 80% of the time the discounts aren’t applied at checkout

A Kroger spokesperson responded to these complains and said when discounts don’t apply a store worker can help

But this sounds intentional. Most people don’t pay very close attention, so discounts not applying is easily missed. Kroger is basically saying year our system doesn’t work but a store rep can help you, if you manage to catch it….
