@parcelforce Am I supposed to guess where it has gone.. Also to add insult...the tracking number is definitely wrong.. If you have time to fill all that out you could tick a box right?
@virginmedia can someone help me, I've tried every avenue possible.. Your porting team has lost my number in the porting process. A number we've had for 40 years! The complains process is a shambles also!
Can't believe @virginmedia have lost my 35 year old landline telephone number during the porting process. Worse still they told me it was nearly done 3 times in 30 days. Shambles and lies now saying sorry not our problem. Absolute cowboys.
@virginmedia can you tell me why my home number has still not been transferred over after I put the request on 3rd of December? If my number which has been in the family for 35 years is lost you can imagine the repercussions you guys will face.
