Big shout out to the folks @AmericanAir for the most discourteous & unhelpful staff in the airline industry. A full night in the airport thanks to their complete unwillingness to assist a customer stranded bc of their actions. Now, trip cancelled and heading home #NeverAgain
@AmericanAir it’d really be nice if your available customer service reps at CLT would take a minute to help a stranded, stressed-out customer rather than tell them “get lost” in no uncertain terms. Absolutely HORRIBLE service
