@WakefitCo This was not first time delivery got delayed. 2 days back same thing happened. Delivery team dont have courtesy to call again after some time interval especially via official number to avoid spam status. Your shameless support team justifies this.

@WakefitCo His number was marked as spam so I didn't picked it up at once and he didn't bothered to call again especially through company number. Then got a call from customer care that delivery has been postponed to day after tomorrow (2/3)

@WakefitCo the delivery methodology used by entire team especially for furniture is highly pathetic. Provided confirmation over IVRS regarding availability a day before and still on day of delivery, agent just called once that too not from official number but from his number(1/3)
