@sardesairajdeep@IndiGo6E We and several friends had a terrible experience with Indigo's pricing practices earlier this year (April-June). It was as if we were being punished for early bookings. A detailed complaint to Indigo elicited only an unhelpful, formulaic response. Maybe I should have put it on SM

@svaradarajan I recently had the same irritating experience with a book (in which I have a chapter) sent by the publishers in the UK. I checked with several people to make sure it was not a scam. The DTDC guy also sent me screenshots of his office ID as well as the invoice. But what a nuisance

I was returning the passports because I had opted for the paid-for Keep Your Passport service during our VFS appointment on 29 April. I returned it promptly on the suggested date: 30 May. I was assured the acknowledgement would be sent the same evening. I have not received it.
Although the slot was available when I booked it now I'm told to "please select different date and time because all appointments are scheduled in this slot". What does that mean? Why was I able to book a slot that wasn't available?
Despite the relaxation of Covid-related tourist visa restrictions last week, citizens of the UK (and, I'm told, Canada) are evidently still not eligible to apply for tourist e-visas even though citizens of many other countries are. Why's that? @MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar
@vfsglobalcare Ref trying to book an appointment at VFS Bangalore, I have opted for Prime Time Appointment at extra cost. But since Book Appointment comes before Services on the website I had to pick a date and appointment time during regular hours. What am I paying for then?
@UKinBengaluru My daughter's UK residence permit has been stuck with the driving licence authorities in the UK for nearly a month. She needs to travel overseas on Friday and needs it back urgently. Any suggestions beyond customer care, which doesn't seem promising?
