डिप्लोमेटिक वर्ल्ड में भारत की स्थिति

यूक्रेन युद्ध के दौरान PM मोदी यूक्रेन राष्ट्रपति से मि��े थे। जिससे रूस में नाराज़गी और अविश्वास पैदा ��ुआ।
कारण वेस्टर्न कंट्रीज का इंडिया का ऐतिहासिक मोह। अमेरिका से नजदीकी। इंडिया के साथ प्रॉब्लम ये है कि वो इकोनॉमिक डेवलपमेंट के किए वेस्टर्न कंट्रीज पर डिपेंडेंट है। उन्हें नाराज नहीं कर सकता। वहीं इंडिया डिफेंस के लिए रूस पर निर्भर है। इसलिए इंडिया कई कारणों से रूस-अमेरिका में फँसा रहता है। और गुटनिरीपेक्ष नीति को अपनाना पड़ता है। इंदिरा ने भी 1971 में वेस्टर्न कंट्रीज के चक्कर लगाए थे�� शुरू में वे भी इंडिया-सोवियत ट्रीटी के पक्ष में नहीं थीं कि कहीं अमेरिका नाराज ना हो जाए।

लेकिन इसका नुकसान ये होता है कि जब भी हम युद्ध में होते हैं खासकर पाकिस्तान के साथ। तब हमें इसका नुकसान होता है। पाकिस्तान को इस्लामिक कंट्रीज का डिप्लोमैटिक सपोर्ट मिलता है। और वेस्टर्न कंट्रीज वहाँ न्यूट्रल होते हैं। 1971 युद्ध के समय भी जब UN में वोटिंग हुई थी तब इंडिया के सपोर्ट में सिर्फ 11 वोट हुईं और 110 वोट अगेंस्ट थीं। सिर्फ रूस का डिप्लोमेटिक सपोर्ट हमें मिला था। जिस कारण वे 11 वोट आ सकीं। UN में इंडिया की डिप्लोमैटिक हार हुई थी। लेकिन UNSC (सिक्योरिटी काउंसिल) में जहाँ से एक्शन लिए जाते हैं, वहाँ रूस के वीटो के कारण हमारे ख़िलाफ़ कोई आदेश पारित ना हो सका।

युद्ध के समय भारत को कभी भी अच्छा डिप्लोमेटिक सपोर्ट नहीं मिला। 1969 में हुए “चीन-रूस विवाद” के कारण इंडिया को 1971 के युद्ध में रूस का सपोर्ट मिल गया था। लेकिन इस बार भी ऐसा सपोर्ट मिलेगा इसे लेकर शंका है। क्योंकि रूस-चीन में कोई ख़ास विवाद अभी नज़र नहीं आ रहा। रूस बिना बात सिर्फ इंडिया के लिए ख़ुद को युद्ध में नहीं ढकेलेगा। और अमेरिका ने 1971 में खुलकर पाकिस्तान को सपोर्ट दिया था। इस बार अमेरिका इंडिया को इकतरफ़ा सपोर्ट करेगा ऐस दिखता नहीं। US या तो न्यूट्रल रहेगा, या ��ांति का ज्ञान देकर दोनों देशों पर दबाव बनाएगा। ट्रेड डील बनाएगा। इंडिया के काम कुछ नहीं आएगा। जो स्टैंड अमेरिका का रहेगा ज़मीन पर वही स्टैंड इसराइल का रहेगा। ऊपरी तौर पर पाकिस्तान के ख़िलाफ़ और इंडिया के सपोर्ट में दिख सकता है। जिसका इंडिया को कोई अधिक फ़ायदा नहीं होना।

भारत जो भी करेगा अपने दम पर करेगा। पहले भी हम अकेले लड़े थे। और इस बार भी हम अकेले लड़ेंगे। Full Fledged वॉर ना हो इसकी ईश्वर से प���रार्थना है। मगर हुआ तो हमारी सेना सेल्फ डिफेंस के लिए पूरी जान अड़ा देगी। हमें अपनी सेना की जीत को लेकर पूरा भरोसा है। हम अपनी सेना के हर फैसले के साथ हैं।

Palestinian detainee Ahmad Manasra was freed today from Israeli prisons in critical health conditions, after enduring nearly 10 years of torture, isolation, and ill-treatment.

His family had gathered to welcome him outside Nafha Prison, but the Israeli occupation released him in Beersheba, leaving him alone on the street.

Israel threatened Ahmad and his family, denying them from holding any celebrations, raising Palestinian flags, receiving well-wishers, or making press statements.

Since J&K was made a Union Territory, it’s the responsibility of the Modi govt to prevent such brazen abuse of power. The accused officers & their superiors should be suspended immediately and criminal proceedings should be initiated against them in accordance with Article 311. @AmitShah
