So i logged in my old account right now and it says its banned and unappealable wtf. On top of that the RSN is changed to “Trixzimo” - can someone check what can be done? @JagexSupport

@JagexSupport Hey lyra, appreciate the response. I understand what you mean but as i told you i havent played since 2018, and the ban is from2021 + the name was changed which proves that it was used by someone else. Can’t you verify using ip if it was someone else on my account? @JagexSupport

@JagexSupport in short, during my inactivity for years, someone logged into my account and sold my purple phat and t92 shadow dyed weapons(sos,sgb,zgs) . changed password, i had to recover using recovery questions and after recovering its been banned for rwt back in 2021

@RuneScape please get some good people on your support team. @JagexSupport just send copy paste templates as replies without even reading what the person has said. its very disappointing and unfair for the people who have paid to play this game for years.

i don't know who they hire for all of this, i even told em that they can confirm with my ip. its just a shame

Yes i do see its unappealable that's why I have tweeted about it to you guys on Twitter. You may check my IP, as I live in a 3rd World Country so you can confirm it wasn't me on the account when it got banned.
