Day 30 of #BuildInPublic amoOS:
From orbiting with an open palm to pinching a node for details... hand gestures now unlock the full power of my 3D knowledge graph.
Demo: Navigating concepts in my #secondbrain, selecting nodes, and diving into relationships + descriptions via a floating panel. All completely touchless.
Momentum makes it feel alive. Thoughts? π #IndieDev #AI #HandTracking #ThreeJS #CreativeCoding
One of the easiest way to tell a product's quality/maturity is to turn on their dark mode. The UI and design inconsistencies are insane for an "enterprise SaaS".
We are investigating unauthorized access to GitHubβs internal repositories. While we currently have no evidence of impact to customer information stored outside of GitHubβs internal repositories (such as our customersβ enterprises, organizations, and repositories), we are closely monitoring our infrastructure for follow-on activity.
Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.

Effective today, we are:
1) Doubling Claude Codeβs 5-hour rate limits for Pro, Max, and Team plans;
2) Removing the peak hours limit reduction on Claude Code for Pro and Max plans; and
3) Substantially raising our API rate limits for Opus models.
Needed a tool to collect user feedback on a web app product and I tried https://t.co/KwZvmGt2Ab. Took me 5 minutes to setup the website and adding the tracking tag. I used Notion to collect the feedbacks, created a page + database under a teams workspace so now my team can see all the issues that come up. Deployed and tested it , worked first time.
Users can now click on the widget which takes a screenshot where they can annotate and leave comment ( able to choose between bugs and improvements ) β> a page in notion db with the feedback details appears instantly
Overall experience was just pleasant πππ
getting this a lot in 4.7, either they added a caring personality in cc or this is just an attempt to manage usage
who actually listens to the llm and go to bed??
the modern engineering home lab stack:
β a powerful laptop/workstation
for CAD, simulation, AI, rendering, compiling
β ultrawide monitor
because engineering means 40 tabs open at once
β 3d printer
the bridge between imagination and physical reality
β soldering station + oscilloscope
to debug reality itself
β raspberry pi / jetson / microcontrollers
the brains of embedded systems and robotics
β local AI models
because engineers who can automate themselves move faster
β linux
still the natural habitat of builders
β simulation stack
ROS2, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Blender, KiCad, Fusion360
β organized tools and drawers
high output comes from low friction
β notebooks everywhere
your future company starts as scattered thoughts
β fast internet
modern engineering is multiplayer
β a camera
documenting your work compounds opportunities
the future will be built by people with mini skunkworks inside their rooms.
