Wholeheartedly agree that this should be Phase 1 and not a pilot. Hopefully only the start of addressing the issues of a points race.

A great day of learning is in store with a series of educators sharing best practice & providing practical advice to support the roll-out of the Digital Strategy for Schools.
@paulcrone_napd highlights that the Department has been in listening mode around school administration, and asks how the Minister can support us going forward, but still no practical supports, vision is great but urgent action needed. @NAPD_IE
Congratulations Rachel in highlighting how the goodwill of school leaders is unsustainable in keeping our schools running smoothly let alone developing and flourishing. @NAPD_IE @ROConnor42
Best of luck @ROConnor42 and @NAPD_IE over rather coming days. You have been a superb advocate and ambassador for school leaders Rachel. Looking forward to catching up with colleagues in the coming days.
Great to see Senior Cycle Reform beginning sooner rather than later, the initial reforms will make a difference, looking forward to seeing what additional measures will be taken while at the same time awaiting to see if 3rd level institutions and CAO will play their part too. 🤔

Niall is a former student of mine from Athenry Voc. Sch. (Clarin College) . The students speak glowing any time I talk to them of how they are getting on. It is a great initiative and shows what is possible for senior cycle education. Not all learning occurs in the classroom.
Had the pleasure of dropping 3 of our students over for their weekly day on a farm as part of Social Farming Ireland @Lairdhse06. They talked all the way over about how great it is. Not surprised when I arrived to meet the farmer Niall and his Mum Mary.
