Most stablecoin balances still earn nothing. The people who built the tools to change that are now packaging the missing piece.
Most platforms that hold stablecoins still treat those balances as cash that does nothing. The yield products that exist, including lending markets, tokenized Treasuries, and structured credit, are real. But turning them into something a neobank or fintech can actually offer users usually means standing up blockchain infrastructure, managing rebalancing, handling liquidity timing, and producing accounting that fits existing systems.
@ground_onchain is building the API layer for that job. It launched out of stealth in June 2026 with a $3.6 million pre-seed led by Bain Capital Crypto and ParaFi. Co-founder Reid Cuming previously co-founded Superstate and ran Compound Treasury, the first DeFi product to receive an S&P rating. CTO Sam Yoon previously built stablecoin infrastructure at HiFi and RWA yield tools at Braid. They later added Stephanie Vaughan, formerly of Veda, as COO.
The product is Portfolio Wallets. You configure target allocations across yield sources, @ground_onchain provisions deposit addresses across chains, deploys and rebalances, and returns balances and reporting in a shape that looks more like a neobank ledger than a blockchain explorer.
Yield sources already include Aave, Morpho, Maple, and Kamino, plus tokenized assets such as Superstate’s USTB, which tracks Invesco Treasuries, and Centrifuge-tokenized Janus Henderson products JAAA and JTRSY. Chains currently supported for clients include Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Stellar, Tempo, and Tron.
What is live is the infrastructure and the catalog. What is still unproven is volume. How many platforms actually route meaningful balances through it, how the risk engine performs under stress, and whether the combination of DeFi credit and tokenized traditional assets creates something durable rather than another aggregation layer that stays small.
The docs, sandbox, and production endpoints are public enough to inspect. The team has shipped related products before. Neither fact is the same as demonstrated adoption.
@onchain_sensei Yeah the aggregator hooks make the fee burn story a lot more real.
Once external liquidity starts routing through v4 by default the programmable layer really does become the base.
@AnasBJNG@Starknet The package delivery analogy breaks it down clearly. Pre-confirmations make UX feel instant, but keeping true finality in mind is still essential when handling high-value actions.
@Ifeeomaa True. Knowing where the data came from and who had rights to it is what separates usable AI training sets from noisy or risky ones. The lifecycle angle makes a lot of sense here.
@itzpreshX@ImpactLABS Connecting is easy, but having a dedicated space that actually links creators to real projects and campaigns is what keeps people around.
@VictorBen001 The simplicity point hits hard.
Most people bounce the second they have to copy a long address or figure out networks.
Making on and off ramps this clear is what actually moves the needle for everyday users.
@ABDULLEGEND111 GM Abdul, Saturday’s been solid so far just catching up on some projects.
Hope that SosaScore climbs for you, let’s keep pushing each other forward.
@TravizEmmi@jessepollak@Nibel_eth Jesse keeps it real about the builder energy on Base.
More people joining just means bigger opportunities for everyone in the ecosystem.
@Mustyweb3_ The permanent settings idea makes sense for trust but yeah creators need better ways to test those numbers first.
A solid simulator for different volume and holder setups would cut down on a lot of regret after launch.
@Mustyweb3_ Immutable rules protect people once theyre in, but they only work if the creator actually stress tested the numbers first.
A simple simulator for volume and holder scenarios would save a lot of projects from locking in bad incentives.
@IBrahWeB3@projectspherexy The Dyson sphere concept is definitely a fresh angle for Web3 gaming instead of the usual copy-paste mechanics.
Building toward a Type II civilization gives it a massive scale, so hopefully the gameplay loop actually holds up.
Definitely worth tracking early.
@abdulqudus1117@Hela_Network Congrats on the ambassador role.
Using AI to streamline repetitive tasks in Web3 community growth and content planning really saves time, so it will be interesting to see how HeLaSyn performs in daily workflows.
