This is completely unpleasant.
I hope GTBank is doing something to solve these issues.
I am very ready to move my funds to other bank apps with much easier experiences.
@gtbank_help I must say that my experience with the app has been unpleasant.
1. Where did my beneficiaries go? I'm having to input their bank details manually - something that used to be an easy process before.
3. The list of banks need to be updated. The app says 'Access Bank' does not exist.
4. Why in the world is it mandatory to have a token before I can complete an interbank transfer? This defeats the idea of a mobile app. Would I now be required to move around town with my token?
This new GTWorld app is at best a huge mistake!
I am so moving my funds to other bank apps for an easier experience please.
