There are people who will meet your work and feel an unexpected closeness to it, as though you’ve given voice to something they’ve carried inwardly for years. You won’t have to ask them to care. You won’t have to stretch yourself thin to be understood.
As I was sayingg, this took so much and I have exhausted all I have to say in its creation that I am left with no desire or intention to explain anything more about it.

Last Saturday at #oddities, I exhibited my new piece "portrait of the artist as a map of marks" .

Timidity will not do me any good...
I tried doing a tapestry crochet for the first time and I spent 26 hours recreating this beautiful picture of my friend.
How'd I do?
