Southern states argued federal government overreach and tried to create their own government (confederacy) which would allow them to keep slaves. Republicans today view the government similar to democrats in the 1800s

@Cabacula_ @J23Johns There’s a small list of blue blood programs and OU is one of them. OSU is not. Consecutive seasons of .500 or better is not something I’d brag about either, even though OU is higher on that list.
