LATEST: Jim Cramer turns bearish on Data-centers
“If you are borrowing money to buy something related to the data center, here’s what you’re going to do."
"Tomorrow morning, 9:30 AM, sell it."
"No matter what. You will not regret it.”
Dr. Fauci's own diary, in his own words, shows he knew the lab leak theory was credible from the very first weeks of the pandemic. 10 of 12 scientists on his call believed deliberate insertion was possible. He wrote that the wet market was never the real source. Then he spent the next 2 years telling the American people the opposite and smearing anyone who disagreed as a “conspiracy theorist.” That is the definition of a cover-up.
On Wednesday, under subpoena, Fauci finally has to answer for it.

So @MehreenFaruqi claims hate speech is being normalised in this country. How many others, like me, have been offended by Faruqi’s hate speech which she demonstrates in Parliament and elsewhere?
Hypocrisy much?
A Prime Minister preaching integrity while dining at a $40 million harbourside mansion tied to a tax office probe—hosted by the son of a foreign billionaire accused of moving money into Australian accounts.
Australians deserve answers, not silence.
Just answer the bloody question Prime Minister.
The avoidance of the obvious does not serve to allay the concerns of the public, but rather it escalates them. We the long-suffering taxpayers in this country have an absolute right to know who our Prime Minister meets with, for how long, and what is discussed.
Albanese lives in a world of privilege, both now and in his retirement. For all of those benefits, he must trade elements of his privacy. Australians are rightly wary of the trading of access and favour for money that so obviously occurs among our political elite.
We grow more concerned when that access is bought by those with foreign connections. We grow even more disturbed when those connections have questions to answer as to the legitimacy and validity of the source of wealth.
As a servant of the Australian people his first responsibility is to us – the Australian people.
It is not to foreign interests or the highest bidder for influence.
Poverty and hardship are riding up the escalator as more and more Australians who were once comfortable fall on hard times.
The real estate market is a testament to this fact - as the high end properties desperately look for a floor in prices. The mid market is in decline, whilst the entry level of the market remains stubbornly out of reach of first home buyers.
Jobs are going off shore or just disappearing as businesses take their business elsewhere or just close down completely.
At the same time the cost of the basics grow further and further out of reach and the corporate service providers play monopoly with us.
Meanwhile, Albanese has lavish meals in harbour front mansions, with rich Chinese billionaires.
But worse, instead of owning up to the conversation, explaining its contents and being transparent with the Australian people, our beloved Prime Minister runs interference and throws smoke grenades at the cameras.
He plays duck and weave, not because there is nothing to see here, but because he does not want us to see what he and his totally inadequate government is really up to.
I am certain Albanese is happy with the current state of affairs, after all he is setting the agenda. He is pretending everything is OK, when we can all see the deterioration of everything around us.
He is happy to dine with foreign billionaires at home - and serve them. He knows he doesn’t need to bother serving us, because he is without competition.
He can continue to take the Australian people for granted. Betray his working base, and lie, obfuscate, duck and weave. He is getting away with it, and he will continue to.
It will go on as long as we the Australian people let it and the alternatives right now don’t look any better.
It is time we all started to encourage those around us to take the state of our country seriously.
It is time to ignore the old adage that politics is best not spoken at the dinner table. Because if we don’t shake off this toxic apathy, we will continue to be governed by the pathetic, the dishonest and the corrupt.
If we don’t they won’t answer our questions - because they don’t have to.
Sad but true.
I just want Australia back.
A widow's tax. A death tax. A divorce tax. The land mines in this Budget keep going off, hitting Australians at their most vulnerable moments. Enough @AlboMP Stop the new insane #CGT.
Great research and article @noelwhittaker#ScrapTheCGTHeist
Remember this from Alboloney about Scomo?
Fast forward 5 years and it is blatantly obvious he merely accuses others of that which he is most guilty of himself….
In fact, Alboloney’s own reflection now demands a second source before agreeing with him….
Aussies are doing it tough under the Albanese Government.
Fuel prices, interest rates and the cost of essentials are all increasing.
And at the same time - the property market has collapsed.
