So Minister Byamukama(Works) says "engineers" robbed shs 700bn; 700bn; 700bn........🤮! This stretch of the road which will now cost Shs 2 trillion is just 27km! It was meant to cost 600bn! Mbu "Just ENGINEERS"! Hmmm!! I doubt a country can develop with this type of robbery; impossible!!!
