Can't speak for elsewhere but Notts is badly run, our services are poor, the roads are terrible (potholes)

The council are obsessed with student accommodation and coffee shops, meanwhile markets and the like are being closed and neglected.

@virginmedia In last 5 days this is the 2nd time we have complete outage and u are sending letter for 7£ price hike/ month. If customer breach a contract we end up paying penalty how about u guys ?
