Every week I’m more blown away by how bad this is- For businesses, residents, pedestrians, how the hell is this acceptable? Worth noting we have all received zero $ in construction impact funds, not tagging the Councilman bc he is useless. @COSAGOV
It’s the beginning of extreme overreach by the city government and this D1 office with literally NO communication with the businesses like mine that have existed in the area for years. I haven’t even begun to talk my shit, Y’ALL NEED TO BE MAD TOO.
Want to go have fun after 10pm? Too bad. Are you one of those weirdos who has one of those hospitality jobs that fuels the economy in the area? Good luck getting there and parking to go make a living. This is just the beginning.
With no input from local businesses they are sneakily implenting a pilot program called the ORPP (Overnight Residential Permit Parking Program) where you won’t be able to park in this neighborhood from 10pm-6am.
You know it’s hard to gauge what ppl care about, but if you like that one street w/ all the bars and restaurants where ppl have been going to have fun for decades- The city and the D1 office are trying to make it so you can’t go down there at all.
