In 2001,  Loyalists began picketing a Catholic school in Ardoyne. The harassment escalated from sectarian taunting to stones, bricks and blast bombs. Fr Aidan Troy walked with parents and children daily for 3 months in resistance. Today, he still stands with the oppressed.

The INMO has released the results of their first ‘Behind the Trolley Numbers’ survey. The survey was targeted at nurses treating patients in Emergency Departments and those working in hospital wards where patients are being treated without an appropriate bed.
