@HMRCcustomers was in call wait line to try and speak to someone and I was cut off! I now have to go back through the whole process again! Trying to update my change of name and get cheque reissued
@HMRCcustomers and having gone through the whole process again and been in wait for 22 mins…it happened again…cut off. This is poor customer service. And I can’t solve my issue online before you ask. I actually need to speak to someone
