@ChronandEcho To be honest if it answers phones and schedules appointments for actual clinics then I am all for it. The hospital is a mess, turning up for appointments that don’t exist or waiting 11 months for emergency post op appointments is becoming the norm.

@OVOEnergy are you able to explain your maths please publicly. I use ~£110 of electricity a month. I’m £400 in credit, but you have just increased the direct debit to £208 a month as you say I will be in a deficit in March 2026 on a fixed rate plan.

@llggeorgia Also factor in that people on that salary work more than their allotted hours per week, line manage a number of staff and carry responsibilities which mean your phone and emails are on constantly. Also usually this salary carries a company car which attracts 40% tax.
