@marutterstat @eddelbuettel @ubuntu I tried the PPA code to upgrade my R 3.4.4 to 3.5.0 on my ubuntu 16.04 it is not working I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I used the code below:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:marutter/rrutter3.5
sudo apt-get update

Please any help will be appreciated.
