@PlannerSean This is great. What's your take on residential zones in mixed use areas (i.e. red on the OP land use map). I live on a main street that's recently been converted through a City study but maintains the R. Seems like low hanging fruit for mm, not sure if zoning works...

Especially if “your say” is that they should be allowed in all residential zones across the city, and that restrictions on them should be generally loosened as well.
