Aber das ist ja eine andere Aussage als die im Ausgangspost.
Gefährliche Chargen wurden "gestreut" um keinen Verdacht zu wecken = versteh ich.
Aber dass diese extra zu potentiell aufständischen/kritischen Menschen kamen, daran zweifle ich.
