Dear @FedEx delivery driver, why do you treat my packages this way? Do you know how much these packages cost? The big box that was rolled is clearly marked “This side up/Do not lay down” and is left upside down. All boxes were damaged in this process.

@thatsnottrash @marionleary @nest Free Pro tip #2. Randomly go back to the same settings menu. Click on @marionleary user name. Click remove access button at bottom of the screen. Act like you don’t know what happened. “Fix it” and look like a genius.

Have your wife go to the settings of the Nest app, click on family, click the plus sign icon next to “add a person”. She can then enter your name and email and it will send you a link so you can use the Nest app to adjust it yourself. Any time you want.
