1) Inaugurated the 1,020 MW Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project built under a Government of India–Royal Government of Bhutan bilateral agreement, constructed by BHEL, not Adani.

2) Announced the resumption of work on the main dam of the 1,200 MW Punatsangchhu-I Hydroelectric Project.

3) Granted land in Varanasi for a Bhutanese Temple/Monastery and Guest House.

4) Approved the establishment of an Immigration Check Post at Hatisar (across Gelephu).

5) Announced a Rs 4000 crore Line of Credit (LoC) to Bhutan.

He also signed three MoUs:
A. MoU on Cooperation in Renewable Energy
B. MoU on Cooperation in Health and Medicine
C. MoU between the PEMA Secretariat, Bhutan, and NIMHANS, India, to build institutional linkages in mental health.
