WW2 hero Frank DeVita describing the first wave of landings on Omaha Beach during the June 6, 1944 D-Day Invasion of Normandy. His task was to lower the boat’s ramp – a thick metal shield that protected everyone inside from the pounding of German artillery rounds. Once the ramp was lowered, troops inside were totally exposed to the onslaught of German artillery until they could reach the cover of dunes hundreds of yards away. Frank made 15 trips that day, ferrying soldiers to the fight and returning the wounded or dead back to the ships.

Omaha Beach suffered the highest casualties of all the invasion beaches on D-Day. When this interview was recorded over 70 years later, Frank recalls that first wave assault like it was yesterday. He carried the events of that day and the memories of the brothers who died beside him for his entire life.

But remember too that everything we have now is thanks to the men and women who sacrificed their lives to protect our freedoms. Remember to earn the sacrifice these heroes and their families made for you.

In Tarrant County, Texas, the public hospital system evaluates potential equipment purchases on a 100-point scale. Price is 20 points. Quality is 20 points. "Diversity" is 15 points.

In other words, in Tarrant County's hospitals, a heart valve that patients' lives will depend that gets just 5/20 on "quality" will be rated the same as the best heart valve available, just as long as the first option is supplied by a minority or a woman.

This is insane. This is evil. And most importantly, this is happening in a red state. Texas must ban this kind of sick race-first decision-making immediately.
