@IOBIndia IOB is customer unfriendly bank. My complaint neither resolved, nor given appropriate knowledge and information and assistance too. You are not having proper knowledge and customer friendly approach. I that’s why have written to your Kandivali, Mumbai Branch to close my all accounts wef tomorrow.

It will be better if you tell your BM to be available in his Branch tomorrow. I will visit tomorrow to the Branch ie Kandivali East, Mumbai Br. If he will resolve the issue then ok, else I will close my all accounts including TDs. I will not share anything else here. Pl speak to your BM.
