$BTC: No Sunday Report today as nothing changed from last weeks report. The only thing that changed is that more and more people are start calling for the bottom. Let the market prove them wrong soon

[Blaze @browomo]

This Chinese guy created agents in Claude Code for landing pages and single-handedly serves 47 small businesses a month, taking $400 from each.

He built a system of 7 agents on Claude Sonnet 4.6 that analyzes Google Maps in small towns, finds small businesses without websites there, and over 1 weekend takes each one to a finished mockup with video and cold message.

No assistant, no sales team, no SDR. Just him, a MacBook, an iPhone, and 1 API key.

And traditional web design agencies keep teams of 8 people on salary for the same order flow, while his expenses are only tokens and subscriptions to Lovable, Higgsfield, and Calendly.

7 agents work through 1 orchestrator on Claude Code Router. Usage is about 3 million tokens a day, the average API bill is about $480 a month.

All 7 go through MCP servers and write shared state to the file system, without shared state in memory and without race conditions, and 1 of them lives right in the iPhone and picks up positive replies from the subway, a taxi, or on walks.

And here is the system prompt he put into the orchestrator before launch:

"You are the orchestrator of a solo agency that sells ready-made websites to local businesses. You delegate read-only tasks to 6 sub-agents and own all writes.

sub-agents:

// Scout (walks through Google Maps in selected cities, looks for narrow niches: 5+ years on the map, fewer than 50 reviews, no website or a website from 2014, but high ratings)
// Diagnoser (for each lead writes a 50-word diagnosis, hero angle, tone matched to the industry, and a cold message under 70 words)
// Builder (generates a landing page mockup in Lovable through MCP only for the top 5 leads per day, with the sharpest diagnoses and the biggest gap)
// Filmer (pulls 5 screenshots of the mockup and through Higgsfield renders a 10-second vertical video 1080x1920 with a soft zoom)
// Pitcher (sends a personalized cold message through the right channel for the niche: email to roofers, SMS to tradesmen, IG DM to salons, LinkedIn to realtors)
// Checker (runs every message through evals for personalization, absence of AI markers and buzzwords before sending)
// Mobile (lives in the iPhone, handles positive replies in real time, books Zoom calls in Calendly through MCP while the owner is on the go).

You never let 2 sub-agents touch 1 lead. You stop and request approval from the human only when a deal exceeds $3,000 or the reply rate in a niche for the day drops below 12%."

Meaning the system knows what it is and within what boundaries it is allowed to act.

It knows it is supposed to find leads on its own.

It knows it is supposed to take each one to a mockup, video, and cold message without intervention.

It knows the human only steps in when a deal goes above $3,000 or the reply rate stops converging.

→ The system runs 24 hours a day

→ Scout goes through about 220 local businesses on Google Maps per day and leaves 30 new leads in the queue

→ Diagnoser outputs 30 structured diagnoses + briefs + cold messages per day

→ Builder assembles 3 to 5 finished landing pages in Lovable for the sharpest leads

→ Filmer renders a 10-second vertical video in Higgsfield for each one

→ Pitcher sends 30 personalized messages per day across 4 channels with a reply rate of about 14%

→ Checker runs every message through evals before sending

And only when a deal breaks $3,000 or the reply rate for the day drops below 12% does the orchestrator wake the owner.

And when the owner at that moment is sitting in the subway or a taxi, the Mobile agent in his iPhone picks up 1 move on its own: replies to a fresh positive reply from a dentist, books a Zoom through Calendly synced to the local time of the client, and puts the lead back in the queue. The owner only has to tap "approve" and in just 10 minutes join the call.

Here is what the system writes in his log during 1 of the Saturdays:

"scout report: 218 businesses checked in Austin, Denver, and Miami, 34 without a website, 19 with a website from 2014, 6 with an active redesign request in reviews. passing top 30 to diagnoser."

"pitcher: 30 cold messages sent across 4 channels, 14 replies, 5 positive, 3 Zoom calls booked for Sunday. passing to closer."

"builder: landing page for Westside Cosmetic Dentistry built in Lovable, 5 sections, mobile, soft beige. URL placed at /Users/dev/maps-agency/clients/westside/v1. filmer launching Higgsfield."

"eval flag: deal with The Lotus Salon at $3,400 exceeds the approved limit of $3,000. sending for manual review."

He has no server of his own and no separate backend.

Just a local file sandbox at /Users/dev/maps-agency, an MCP router, 1 API key to Claude, and the same key forwarded to Claude Code on his iPhone.

Out of everything I have seen this year, this is the cleanest one-person agency for selling websites to small businesses: $480 a month on the API, about $18,800 into the account, and between them 7 prompts, 1 file system, and 1 phone in the pocket.

🚨GOOGLE JUST SILENTLY DOWNLOADED A 4GB AI MODEL TO YOUR COMPUTER WITHOUT ASKING.. WITHOUT TELLING YOU.. AND WITHOUT ANY WAY TO STOP IT..

If you use Chrome.. There's a good chance a 4 gigabyte file is sitting on your hard drive right now that you never agreed to download..

It's called Gemini Nano.. Google's on-device AI model.. A security researcher just proved it installs itself with zero clicks.. Zero prompts.. Zero notifications..

Alexander Hanff set up a completely fresh Chrome profile.. Didn't click anything.. Didn't scroll.. Didn't type a single keystroke.. Just opened the browser and watched..

14 minutes and 28 seconds later.. Chrome had silently scanned his hardware.. Read his GPU, RAM, and storage.. Then wrote a 4GB file to his hard drive.. No permission dialog.. Nothing..

Chrome's own logs show the download begins BEFORE the settings page where you could opt out is even loaded.. The file starts installing before the refusal button exists..

As of Chrome 148.. Any website you visit can trigger this download.. One line of JavaScript.. You click a link to read a blog post.. That click counts as "user activation".. And Chrome silently pulls 4GB in the background..

No install prompt.. No consent dialog.. Google's own docs admit this..

Your laptop overheats.. Storage disappears.. Battery drains.. And you have no idea why..

The model doesn't even work well.. Cloud requests take 1.3 seconds.. The local model at worst case takes over 9 minutes for a single response..

Google is using your storage, electricity, and bandwidth to run an AI that's 40 times slower than their own servers..

And the "AI Mode" button in Chrome's address bar.. Doesn't even use the local model.. It sends everything to Google's cloud anyway..

You pay the storage penalty.. The heat penalty.. The bandwidth penalty.. And the visible AI feature ignores the local file entirely..

Because Chrome fails to clean up old versions.. Users are finding 12GB or more of duplicate AI files stacked on their drives..

Palo Alto Networks found a vulnerability where a browser extension could hijack the local AI model's permissions.. Accessing your webcam.. Microphone.. Local files.. Through an AI you never installed..

Here's how to check if it's on your machine..

Windows.. C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\OptGuideOnDeviceModel\

Mac.. ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/OptGuideOnDeviceModel/

If there's a file called weights.bin.. Google downloaded their AI to your computer without asking..

To stop it.. Type chrome://flags.. Search "optimization-guide-on-device-model" and disable it.. Search "prompt-api-for-gemini-nano" and disable that too.. Restart Chrome.. Then manually delete the folder..

If you don't disable the flags first.. Chrome redownloads the 4GB file on next launch..

Firefox requires explicit opt-in for AI.. Apple Intelligence requires explicit consent.. Chrome just takes your hard drive..

Google didn't ask to use your storage.. Your electricity.. Your bandwidth..

They just took it.

🚨 ElevenLabs charges $5 to $99/month for AI voice cloning. Their Business plan costs $1,320/month.

Someone open sourced a voice AI that clones any voice from a short clip. 30 languages. Studio quality. Free.

It's called VoxCPM2.

Give it a short clip of anyone's voice. It clones their accent, emotion, tone, and pacing. Then generates any speech you want in their exact voice. 48kHz studio quality.

Type "A young woman, gentle and sweet voice" and it creates that voice from scratch. No reference audio. No voice actor. No recording. You describe a voice in words. It builds it.

2 billion parameters. Trained on 2 million hours of speech. 30 languages.

One command to install: pip install voxcpm

Here's what VoxCPM2 does:

→ Voice Design: describe any voice in words. Gender, age, tone, emotion, pace. AI creates it from nothing. No reference audio needed.
→ Voice Cloning: upload a short audio clip. AI clones the voice perfectly. Timbre, accent, rhythm, pacing.
→ Controllable Cloning: clone a voice AND control the emotion. "Slightly faster, cheerful tone." Done.
→ Ultimate Cloning: provide audio + transcript. Every vocal nuance faithfully reproduced.
→ 30 languages. Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and 21 more. No language tags needed.
→ Context-aware. It reads the text and adjusts emotion and rhythm automatically. News sounds like news. Stories sound like stories.
→ Real-time streaming. RTF as low as 0.13 on an RTX 4090. Faster than playback speed.
→ Runs on 8GB of VRAM.
→ Fine-tune with 5 to 10 minutes of your own audio using LoRA. Build a custom voice model.
→ 48kHz output. Studio quality. No external upsampler needed.

Here's the wildest part:

On the Minimax-MLS voice similarity benchmark:

→ English: VoxCPM2 scores 85.4%. ElevenLabs scores 61.3%.
→ Chinese: VoxCPM2 scores 82.5%. ElevenLabs scores 67.7%.
→ Arabic: VoxCPM2 scores 79.1%. ElevenLabs scores 70.6%.

A free, open source model is producing more realistic voice clones than a service that charges up to $1,320/month.

Professional voice actors charge $250 to $1,000+ per project. AI voice platforms charge $5 to $100/month. Recording studios charge $200/hour.

This runs on your GPU. Locally. No API costs. No per-character pricing. No subscription. Free forever.

Already hit #1 on GitHub Trending. Built by OpenBMB and Tsinghua University. 2 billion parameters. Apache 2.0 License. Free for commercial use.

100% Open Source.

[Kanika @KanikaBK]

🚨 JUST IN: MICROSOFT just open sourced a VOICE AI THAT TRANSCRIBES 60 MINUTES OF AUDIO in a single pass. 100% FREE.

It knows who spoke.
It knows when they spoke.
It knows exactly what they said.

All in one shot. No chunking. No context loss.

It's called VibeVoice.

Not a transcription tool.
Not a basic speech to text wrapper.

A frontier voice AI family with ASR, TTS, and real time streaming. All open source. All free.

Here's what it actually does 👇

VibeVoice ASR - Speech Recognition:
→ Processes 60 minutes of continuous audio in a single pass
→ Never slices audio into chunks so global context is never lost
→ Identifies WHO spoke, WHEN they spoke and WHAT they said simultaneously
→ Supports customized hotwords for domain specific accuracy
→ Works in 50+ languages natively
→ Already adopted by Hugging Face Transformers library
→ Already being built on by the open source community

BY PEOPLE WHO HAD NO IDEA THIS LEVEL OF ACCURACY WAS ALREADY FREE.

VibeVoice TTS - Text to Speech:
→ Generates up to 90 minutes of speech in a single pass
→ Supports up to 4 distinct speakers in one conversation
→ Natural turn taking and speaker consistency throughout
→ Expressive speech that captures emotional nuances
→ Supports English, Chinese and multiple other languages

VibeVoice Realtime - Streaming TTS:
→ Only 300 millisecond first audible latency
→ Streams text input in real time
→ 0.5B parameters so it actually deploys anywhere
→ Robust long form generation up to 10 minutes
→ Lightweight enough for production use today

The core innovation nobody is talking about:

Most voice AI models slice long audio into short chunks.
Every time they slice, they lose context.
Speaker tracking breaks. Semantic coherence breaks. Accuracy drops.
VibeVoice uses continuous speech tokenizers running at an ultra low frame rate of 7.5 Hz.
This preserves audio fidelity while dramatically boosting computational efficiency.

The entire 60 minutes stays in context.

Nothing gets lost. Nobody gets misidentified.

The numbers:
→ VibeVoice ASR 7B - available now on Hugging Face
→ VibeVoice Realtime 0.5B - try it on Colab right now
→ 50+ supported languages
→ 11 distinct English voice styles
→ 9 multilingual speaker voices
→ Already integrated into Hugging Face Transformers
→ Finetuning code now available

The wildest part?
A voice powered input method called Vibing just built itself on top of VibeVoice ASR.

Available on macOS and Windows right now.
The open source community is already shipping products on top of this.

100% Open Source.
Free to use. Free to fine tune. Free to build on.

Anthropic!

(Systems Architect).

(Self-Bootstrapping Architecture)

(Major Feature Launches)!
