On arrival I found they the visibility of the buttons was very low and also the inner light was dim for the usage by senior citizens in my family.
V raised a return immediately for the same.
@flipkartsupport 1st May, but later backed out. We raised another return request, and the technician also got annoyed to visit again and again for no fault or issue.
There is no customer care executive to speak to, which reflects mere harassment by Flipkart to the senior citizens.
I have raised multiple queries through the app, but they just keep on delaying saying that it will be solved by 24-48 hours. I have already paid for the item.

This cycle of replying a day after continued when they finally asked me whether I want a refund or reorder. I did a blunder by choosing reorder. Itโs now been almost a week and I havenโt got anything! PATHETIC SERVICE!

I had placed an ordered on 10th September but receive the wrong items. I immediately went to zomato customer support and tried 4-5 times but they did not do anything to resolve the issue.
I then contacted the restaurant Dabba Garam (7 bungalows). I tried their number numerous times but no response. Finally I wrote them a mail addressing the issue. They wrote back the next day.
@StakeIND@Stake I was depositing Rs. 500/- to my account. The money got debited from my bank account through UPI, but upon confirming the same by entering the UTR number, the page stopped responding only, and the money isnโt reflecting in my account. #stakeindia#stake
