Total cases in INDIA approx 17 lakh, In Sep. it might cross 1 crore. Article 21 of the IPC states that "No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty". Holding such Imp. exams at the peak of the virus will deprive many students from their lives. #SaveRguhsstudents
